• Subscriber Identification:The subscriber is required to submit valid documents and accurate information to verify their identity, legal standing, and business capacity. ATS Technology reserves the right to review and validate this information. If any false or misleading information is provided—whether in documentation or on the subscription form—ATS Technology may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend, disconnect, or permanently terminate the services. Any changes to previously submitted information must be promptly reported to ATS Technology. Failure to do so may also result in suspension or termination of services.
• Confidentiality:Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information explicitly marked as confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed unless it is already publicly available, was lawfully known by the receiving party prior to disclosure, or must be disclosed as required by law.
• Ownership:ATS Technology retains full ownership and legal rights over all connections and equipment it provides. The subscriber does not acquire any ownership rights over the provided infrastructure.
• Service Timeline:ATS Technology will strive to deliver the services within the mutually agreed timeframe. In case of any unavoidable delays, ATS Technology will notify the subscriber as soon as reasonably possible.
• Contention Ratio:All internet packages follow a 1:8 contention ratio policy, ensuring efficient use of network resources. This means that bandwidth may be shared among up to eight users simultaneously. For instance, a 40 Mbps package with a 1:8 ratio may deliver approximately 5 Mbps during peak usage periods.
• Unauthorized Sharing:Subscribers are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or redistributing the provided connection to third parties for any reason, whether commercial or otherwise. Any violation will result in immediate service termination and may lead to legal consequences.
• Service Interruptions:ATS Technology shall not be held responsible for service disruptions, speed reductions, or outages caused by natural disasters, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its control.
• Payments:Subscribers must make payments for the selected services by the due date indicated in the invoice or user panel. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or disconnection.
• Data Privacy and Security:While ATS Technology employs robust security protocols, complete protection against cyber threats cannot be guaranteed. Subscribers are encouraged to use their own security software and follow safe browsing practices.
• Technical Support:ATS Technology offers technical support for its own services. Support for third-party devices, software, or applications used in conjunction with ATS Technology services is not guaranteed and may involve additional charges.
• Connection Fee:The connection fee varies depending on the selected package, connection type, and location. Additional fees may apply for downgrading service packages. ATS Technology reserves the right to adjust these fees and will disclose applicable charges at the time of subscription or upon request.
• Modifications:ATS Technology reserves the right to update or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
• Limitation of Liability:ATS Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, even if prior notice of the possibility of such damages has been given.
• Governing Law:This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
